The CDFG is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2009-0193-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Bottle Rock Power.
The portion of this project that will impact the stream zone is limited to the construction of a permanent bridge (High Valley Creek Bridge), the placement of a temporary bridge (Temporary Bridge) for use during construction, and filling in 258 linear feet of an ephemeral drainage tributary to High Valley Creek.
