The project involves the improvement of the existing City-owned and operated boat launch facility located on the Feather River. The project includes: replacement of the boat launch; construction of additional parking and improved vehicle access; installation of restrooms; and extension of power, water and sewer to serve the facility. The project is adjacent to the City's wastewater treatment plant, the Feather River and is surrounded by orchard and field crops.
