NOTE: Review Per Lead / Reference SCH #1991103064 The Applicant requests approval of amendments to the General Plan and Eastern Dublin Specific Plan to re-designate the project site from Low Density Residential and Rural Residential/Agricultural to Estate Residential and Open Space to allow 4 residential units on the 157.7 acre site. The majority of the site, ~127 acres, will be placed in a permanent conservation easement. Additionally, the Applicant requests approval of a Planned Development Rezone with a Stage 1 Development Plan and a Stage 2 Development Plan, Vesting Tentative Tract Map, Development Agreement, Pre-Annexation Agreement and Annexation into the City of Dublin and the Dublin San Ramon Services District.
