Document Description
Amendment of Mitigation Measure: TRANS-1b in the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program incorporated into Council Resolution #2010-77 (certifying the Final EIR for the Patterson Plaza Project - Walmart) to require the applicant to install the roadway improvements identified in Measure TRANS-1b in lieu of a traffic signal at the Sperry Avenue/SR 33 intersection and ratification of the 12/23/11 deletion of Condition of Approval No. 48 also requiring the applicant to install a traffic signal and undertake related work required to obtain the necessary encroachment permit for work in the State right of way and the unavailability of traffic impact fee funding to reimburse the applicant as was required by Measure TRANS-1b and Condition of Approval No. 48.
