Document Description
The proposed project consists of the continued development of the Patterson Plaza retail center on the project site. The revised development plan shows an additional 178,000-square-foot of retail floor space anchored by an approximately 158,000-square-foot WalMart store. The plans show four retail/restaurant pads located around the north and east perimeter of the site. The project would result in a total commercial floor area on the Patterson Plaza site of about 196,800 square feet.
