- The Roseville Joint Union High School District (District) is proposing to relocate the South Novato Library to construct an 118,900 additional square feet of new buildings including two three story classroom buildings and a multipurpose building, for a total of 319,400 square feet of development on campus. Building Foothill and Sierra (identified as Buildings G & F in the 2010 Certified EIR) would be a total of 20,675 square feet each and Building B2 would be a total of 36,200 square feet. Access to the project site would remain the same as the 2010 Certified EIR.
