NOTE: Extended per lead to July 8, 2010 The proposed project includes development of approximately 808,000 square feet of retail uses, 100,000 square feet of office uses, 80,000 sf for an Auto Mall, three fast-food restaurants totaling 10,500 square feet, one 20,000 sf sit-down restaurant, and three hotels consisting of 100 rooms each. The proposed project includes an annexation, a General Plan Amendment to redesignate the site for General Commercial development, and a Prezoning of the site to General Commercial (C-2) in order to accommodate a future commercial development. The specific of the commercial development are not included as part of the application and the requested entitlements are policy-level approvals. Buildout assumptions will be made for the purposes of completing the environmental analyses. Detailed project design approvals will be part of a subsequent application
