The proposed project includes development of approximately 808,000 square feet of retail uses, 100,000 square feet of office uses, 80,000 sf for an Auto Mall, three fast-food restaurants totaling 10,500 square feet, one 20,000 sf sit-down restaurant, and three hotels consisting of 100 rooms each.
The proposed project includes an annexation, a General Plan Amendment to redesignate the site for General Commercial development, and a Prezoning of the site to General Commercial (C-2) in order to accommodate a future commercial development. The specific of the commercial development are not included as part of the application and the requested entitlements are policy-level approvals. Buildout assumptions will be made for the purposes of completing the environmental analyses. Detailed project design approvals will be part of a subsequent application
