Document Description
The District is proposing to acquire a 3.5 acre parcel adjacent to the existing Mattie Washburn Elementary School in order to construct a 5,000 sf multipurpose room and relocate several modular classroom structures. The proposed project would expand the existing footprint of the school to include the 3.5 acre parcel. Additionally, the proposed project would include the construction of a new parking lot on the southern portion of the parcel, an improved bus drop-off area, and an expanded playground on the northern portion of the existing elementary school site.
