Document Description
The project includes the installation, operation and maintenance of existing and proposed erosion control measures associated with a 7.01 gross acre of new vineyard (+/- 5.30 net acres) within a 129.17 acre holding planted without the benefit of an approved erosion control plan. The project proposes the installation of vineyard within 4 blocks and the restoration of ~0.75 acres located within stream setbacks and on slopes exceeding 30%. Topography ranges from gentle to moderately sloping (slopes typically 9% to 29%) annual non-native grassland, oak woodland and fallow orchard at elevations between ~1145 and 1325 ft above mean sea level.
