Document Description
Application to modify the building design of the previously approved 8 room expansion of the Milliken Creek Bed & Breakfast Inn at 1815 Silverado Trail. In 2005 the Inn was granted approval to expand from 12 rooms to 20 rooms with the additional guest units being placed within 3 new buildings located at the northern end of the 2.38 acre property replacing an existing pool and deck area. The previously approved design included units that were ~600 sf in size and located within new 2 story buildings of 2 units, 4 units and 2 units each. The new design maintains the same number of units (8), but increases the size of the rooms to 1,150 sf with 2 sleeping areas per room. The revised design places all of the guest rooms within a single 12,798 sf two story building that provides parking underneath the building.
