The project includes a request to modify the setback requirement of 200 ft from the nearest property line for a winery with public tasting to allow a tasting room to be located ~110 ft from the front property line, 92 ft rear property line, and 75 ft from the east-side property line. The project also includes a request to modify the setback requirements of 400 ft from the nearest residence to allow a tasting room to be located within 315 ft.
