Long Beach Unified School District proposes to construct a new thematic high school (ECATS) on an existing school site, currently occupied by the Cecil B. DeMille Middle School. The existing school would be demolished. The new school would provide approximately 150,000 sf for approximately 1,200 students in grades 9 through 12.
