Document Description
Cal Poly proposes to relocate Abattoir functions from the campus instructional core to a new location on Stenner Creek Road northwest of the Poultry Science Instructional Center. The project would include grading less than 2 acres of irrigated pasture, construction of a paved entrance and parking area off Stenner Creek Road, and construction of a one-story 14,405 sf building. Water to serve the site would be obtained from an existing City water line located along Stenner Creek Road. Sewer, electrical, gas, and telecom services would be extended to the project site from the existing Poultry Science Instructional Center.
