Document Description
Redevelopment of the All Saints Church Property, including demolition of a 1,487 square foot storage building and demolitiion of Scott Hall, currently used for Sunday School/day care (6, 195 sf) with construction of four new buildings and a subterranean level incorporating 122 parking spaces and 12,600 sf of maintenance uses. The four new buildings would include 39,000 sf of church support uses with 45 dwelling units for senior citizens, or 52,000 sf of church support uses including a youth recreation building. Support Church uses housed in the new structures include offices, conference rooms, indoor and outdoor kitchens, an alternate worship building, youth program, daycare and classrooms.
