NOTE: Review Per Lead The project consists of the construction and operation of a 4 million gallon buried concrete water tank and pipelines, to increase the storage capacity of the City's water system. The 1.35 acre tank site is located within an avocado orchard adjacent to an unnamed tributary of the Santa Clara River. The pipeline would be primarily located within roadway right-of-ways.
