Neighborhood Development Permit, Site Development Permit, Tentative Map and public right-of-way encroachment to renovate St. Paul's Cathedral in four phases; demolish an existing apartment complex and office structure; and construct two, high-rise mixed-use condominium towers consisting of 106 for-sale residential units, approximately 19,500 square feet of office space, and 5,850 sf of retail space with deviation requests (including street wall heights in the setback, reduced setback, reduced front yard requirement, lack of off-street loading areas, allowed percentage for vision glass, and zone height); and the construction of two underground parking structures which encroach into the public right-of-way on a 1.95-acre site covering the full block surrounded by Olive Street, 5th Avenue, 6th Avenue, and Nutmeg Street, and the northern portion of the block surrounded by Nutmeg Street, 5th Avenue, 6th Avenue, and Maple Street in the CV-1 and MR-400 Zones of Mid-City Communities Planned District within the Uptown Community Plan and City Council District 2.
