Document Description
Change of Zone No. PZ 09-001 proposes to change the zone from AE-20 to C-3 (Service Commercial) on the 4.33 acre site. Staff recommends the M-1 (Light Manufacturing) Zone and adding the (SR) Site Review Zone. The site contains one 5,000 SF metal storage building; two above-ground fuel tanks; three storage sheds; two mobilehomes; two 1,200 gallon septic tanks; and one domestic well; as well as equipment and vehicles necessary for the daily operation of the existing business.
