NOTE: Review Per Lead Proposed replacement of 5 segments of existing waterlines. The total linear feet of pipe is 3,635 LF. The pipes are located along 14th Street, within the Beach Street Alley, on Pier Avenue, within the Pacific Avenue Alley, on Norswing Drive and on Pershing Drive. The purpose of these waterline replacements is to repair and or replace various water supply pipelines throughout OCSD.
