Request by John Goodell for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a three phased wine processing facility totaling ~190,000 sf of production space in 2 buildings. The project will also include ~50,113 sf of exterior activity space including crush facilities, wastewater treatment ponds, and water storage ponds for drainage and fire suppression. The 3 phases will include the following: Phase 1-60,000 sf of tank and barrel storage and 9,103 sf of administration offices. Phase 2-60,000 sf of tank and barrel storage. Phase 3-60,000 sf of barrel storage. Case production at project completion is expected to be 1,300,000 cases per year.
