Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0163-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Anthony J. Alegre, F.T.G Construction Materials Inc. The project is a Sandbar Skimming/Project. The project is permitted for the removal of up to 100,000 cubic yards of sand. The purpose of the project is to reduce the potential for an allusive cut that would separate the sandbar from the land. The project footprint extends 1000 feet within the sandbar. The grading shall not occur below the baseline elevation of the June 1, 1989 excavation contour design.
