Document Description
The Lilly Circle Fuel Break Project is sponsored by the Calaveras Foothills Fire Safe Council. The work will be conducted on Sierra Pacific Industries property with the purpose of constructing a fuel break to protect the Lilly Circle subdivision.
The project area is 66 acres and consists of a 300' wide protective fuel break that begins on Winton Road and runs roughly due north to the subdivision. Construction will continue to the east, north and west to tie into currently defensible areas around the Lilly Circle subdivision. The Lilly Circle subdivision consists of 5+ acre properties, most of which have residences.
