Document Description
Installation of a temporary double railcar crossing across Tres Pinos Creek between San Benito Fairgrounds and a parking area on the north side of the creek, to provide access for overflow parking for the County Fair between September 15 and October 15. Two flatcars approximately 8' wide by 40' in length will be placed side by side across the creek using a crane operating form the top of bank. The flat cars will sit on existing concrete blocks at the edge of each bank. Following the end of the County Fair on October 15, the railcars will be removed by crane. No work will occur within the channel of the stream, or within any flowing water. Disturbed areas will be revegetated following bridge removal of prevent erosion.
