Document Description
The Applicant constructed a roadway adjacent to an Unnamed Drainage, tributary to Murrieta Creek and the Santa Margarita River, along the northwestern edge of APN: 308-150-003. During construction of the roadway, imported fill was pushed into the Unnamed Drainage and associated riparian vegetation. Best Management Practices, such as erosion control measures, were not utilized by the Applicant during project construction. The project impacted approximately 1400 square feet of streambed and riparian habitat.
