The proposed master plan revision will extend the campus boundary to the north to encompass a future property acquisition known as the Dobbs Street Student Housing. This 0.66 acre parcel is developed with 27 one- and two-bedroom units in four separte one- and two-story buildings with 13 covered and 14 open parking spaces. This future property acquisition will benefit the university providing up to 100 beds for upper division and graduate students.
