Document Description
The project will be undertaken to address the emergency drought conditions declared by the Governor on February 27, 2009 in order to provide critically needed water supplies to water users in SLWD and WWD for anticipated water shortages in 2010. The project involves transfer of up to 18,750 AF of water to KCWA which will be exchanged for SWP Table A water that will be delivered to SLWD and WWD.
