This project consists of Phase 2 of the Fleming House stabilization. The Guy Fleming House is a 1927 home and holds a place on both the California and National Register of Historic Structures. The home has been used for over 40 years as an employee residence in Torrey Pines State Reserve. This phase will serve to finalize the stabilization and should preserve and protect the home from further decline for decades to come.
