Issue a temporary Right of Entry (ROE) Permit to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to install a telecommunications line on State property within Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Parks (SHP). The USPS will install the new telecommunications line in a 40 foot long trench between an existing utility box and a building it leases within Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park for use as the Coloma Post Office.
