Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) permit to the City of Morro Bay (City) and the U.S. Corps of Engineers (Corps) to access Morro Strand State Beach to maintain federally authorized water channel configurations and ensure navigability within Morro Bay Harbor. City and Corps work will install a temporary, partially buried 4,000 foot long pipeline along Morro Strand State Beach between Sienna Street and Morro High School on the ocean side of the vegetated dune system to transport dredged sand from Morro Bay Harbor to the surf zone.
