Document Description
The District will replace all of its existing water meters with a fixed network, automated water meter reading system. The project includes replacement of up to 4,900 of the District's existing water meters with Neptune E-Coder Meters each fitted with a Aclara Star Utility Meter Transmission Unit (at some locations the replacement will also include new Nicor meter box lids), and be replaced in the same location as the existing meters.
