Document Description
The Grantee will install water meters to residential connections of the Pixley Public Utility district's water system that are currently unmetered. This project would allow the Grantee to charge the remainder of the system a metered rate and decrease water consumption by eliminating waste of water by unmetered connections. All used would benefit.
