Document Description
The San Diego Unified School District proposes to remodel the first floor of the 100 Building by reconfiguring the exisitng Home Economics classroom into a commercial kitchen and culinary arts training facility. Project to include a lecture/lab classroom, instructor's office, storage, wash room, dishwashing and cutlery area, walk-in cooler and refrigerator, and teaching kitchen with prep and cooking area. Positive mastic and plaster will be abated. Outdoor tables and umbrellas will be on an existing concrete patio.
