Document Description
The San Diego Unified School District proposes to replace existing portable classrooms and paved areas with a 8,300-square-foot building on the Morse High School campus to house its Culinary Arts Program. The building will include a classroom, demonstration kitchen and classroom, and an entry level instructional kitchen and classroom. An outdoor cafe and loading dock will also replace the existing culinary classroom. This project would provide a permanent space for this program outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and regulatory-compliant disposal facilities.
