Replace the Howell Bunger Valve at Portal Powerhouse and realign Rancheria Creek, which was damaged following a 2006 flash flood, to its pre-flood configuration. The Project is needed to reutrn the tailrace to required specifications, correct back pressure for normal operation of Portal Powerhouse, restore the stream habitat and return Rancheria Creek to its pre-flood configuration.
