Document Description
The proposed Project would trim vegetation under a 230kV Transmission line spanning Morro Creek. Approximately 25 oak trees (Quercus spp) and 5 bay laurel trees (Umbellularia californica) would be cut at ground level and the stumps treated with herbicide to prevent regrowth. Cut trees would be removed and chipped on-site, cut into 18-inch segments and left on-site, or removed and disposed of at an off-site location.
