Document Description
The County of Santa Cruz Public Works department (Applicant) is proposing to replace an existing 36-inch culvert with a new 84-inch corrugated pipe culvert on John Hopkins Creek. The new 84-inch corrugated pipe will be connected to an existing 84-inch culvert on the downstream side of the crossing at John Hopkins Creek. A new keystone retaining wall with associated geogrid will be constructed around the culvert on the upstream side of the crossing and will include 23 cubic yards of fill below the ordinary high watermark.
