Document Description
The Climate Action Plan (CAP) is the strategic roadmap for the City to reach greenhouse emission reduction targets adopted by the City Council in September 2008. It was prepared in partnership with the Cal Poly, San Luis Osbispo City and Regional Planning Deparment over the course of one year. The plan consists of eight focus areas; public education and outreach, energy production, transportation and land use, buildings, industry and commercial, water and wastewater, solid waste, parks and open space.
