Document Description
The project involves modernizing 9,685 assignable square feet (15,818 gross square feet) of the north wing of the Sequoia building, and associated external building systems. The exisitng facility, first constructed in 1940, has various building aspects which do not meet current code requirements. This includes upgrading fire alarms, rated exit corridor, accessibility, adequate restroom facilities, and hazardous materials. The building systems will also be modernized to increase energy efficiency and meet current standards.
