The issuance of a New Minor Tire Facility Permit for a Minor Waste Tire Facility which will allow the installation and operation of a waste tire recycling facility producing crumb rubber. The facility will operate on a 1.2 acre parcel within an existing 12,785 square foot industrial building with outside storage and is in conformance with the General Plan, zoning and no variances or exceptions are required.
