The proposed Project includes the installation of trash capture devices for use and evaluation by Bay Area Municipalities. These trash capture devises may include catch basin inserts, catch basin screens/trash excluders, end-of-pipe screening devises, and in-line screening devises. Municipal staff will also be trained, the public will be educated, and monitoring will occur.
