The purpose of this activity is to adopt guidelines to govern the administration of the Energy Commission's EECBG Program pursuant to Public Resources Code sections 25450-25450.5. The guidelines describe how the Energy Commission will implement the EECBG Program and identify available funding, elegibility criteria, the evaluations and award process, and program requirements. The California Energy Commission and participants of the EECBG Program benefit from the adoption of these guidelines.
