The project involves approval of a Removal Action Workplan (RAW) by DTSC pursuant to Health & Safety Code, Chapter 6.8 as submitted on July 13, 2009 by Moore Twining Associates, Inc. on behalf of the Fowler Unified School District. As a result of previous onsite agricultural and residential activities, the following chemicals of concern have been identified at the site: Chlordane, Polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, and copper.
