Chain saws using vegetable-based bar oil would be used to trim horizontal branches from trees within 10' of the ordinary high water mark to a height of 8'. Trees less than 4" in diameter at breast height (DBH) would be cut at or within 6" of ground level and the roots would be left in place. Woody material larger than 3" diameter and longer than 6' in length would be cut into segments not greater than 4' long and left in the riparian corridor. All other cut woody material would be removed and chipped outside the riparian corridor. Invasive vegetation would be cut, bagged and disposed of at a landfill. Human-made debris such as pallets, shopping carts or concrete rubble would be removed and disposed of at a landfill.
