Document Description
The scope of this project includes development, installation and commissioning of a Central Computer System (CCS) with a state-of-the-art Human Machine Interface (HMI), 19 new Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), retrofit of two existing Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), and a spread spectrum based radio telemetry network. The system shall be installed in a coordinated manner in order to asure valid and accurate monitoring and control capabilities are maintained at all times on the exisitng system or the new system.
