Chevron Pipe Line Company will conduct maintenance activities at three sites on an existing 18-inch natural gas pipeline, designated as sites 104, 106 and 107, in Richmond, California. Maintenance activities for the pipeline include inspection and, if necessary, repair. The work sites will be accessed along the pipeline right-of-way (ROW) and via temporary access roads. Beneficiaries include public safety, landowner, and Chevron Pipe Line Company.
