Document Description
Issue of temporary Right of Entry (ROE) Permit to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) to conduct work on State property within Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. The ROE will allow BOR to transport gravel and use of water well on State property to wash gravel before BOR deposits it in the Lower American River for use as salmon spawning habitat. BOW will install a temporary flexible pipeline on the surface of the ground from the well to a location on Federal property adjacent to Mississippi Bar where the gravel will be washed. The work is expected to last 34 weeks.
