Extension of less than one mile of 8-inch diameter reclaimed water pipes within Silver Stirrup Drive, a new booster pump station located along Silver Stirrup Drive, and retrofitting of 6 irrigations sites including the Luiseno Elementary School, parks, and streetscapes for the Horsethief and Lemon Grove Home Owners Associations (HOAs) and the Lake Elsinore School District in order to provide recycled water for irrigation purposes.
