Document Description
This project consists of an engineering evaluation/cost analysis (EE/CA) document that evaluates potential removal actions to accomplish a non-time critical removal action (NTCRA) which is intended to address volatile organic compounds (VOCS) (including primarily vinyl chloride and benzene) in soil and soil gas underneath a former concrete wash pad. The removal action that has been identified consists of the excavation of soil amounting to approximately 900 cubic yards in the immediate area of the former concrete wash pad along with potential contingency measures for soil vapor extraction (SVE).
