The Town of Windsor (Town) has discovered a leak in the water distribution main segment that crosses Windsor Creek near the westerly terminus of Old Oak Road. The leaking segment has been removed from service. The proposed project involves replacement of the leaking segment with a new parallel main. The replacement piping will be installed below the creek bed using techniques that will not require construction activity within the creek bed or banks. The new segment will be connected to the existing distribution main on each side of the creek to restore the crossing.
