Document Description
Install six accessible low profile frames for the new interpretive panels that will improve the self guided interpretive program at Columbia State Historic Park. Excavate by hand two holes 3' apart and measuring approximately 1' L X 1' W X 2' D, install the metal low profile frame, and fill with concrete for frame stability. Once installed, the frames will measure approximmately 4' L X 2' W X 3.5' H.
