Remove an existing 24 inch culvert and replace it with the same diameter reinforced concrete pipe. The culvert on State Route (SR) 12 is currently rusting out causing a failure of the adjacent shoulder and east bound travel way. The project is located near Lodi, California, 0.2 miles east of Fox Road. Construction would occur on previously disturbed areas within Caltrans right of way.
